I’ve always been passionate about fitness, but motherhood deepened my desire to strengthen my faith and community, and stirred a desire to live with more intention. For years, I kept my faith mostly private. But God’s been stretching me to share it more boldly—to grow, to serve, and to encourage others along the way.

Through movement, I’ve found strength. Through motherhood, I’ve found faith. SALT brings both together—to inspire others to be the salt, honor their bodies, and grow in authentic community.
