A slow devotional flow that helps you quiet your mind, warm your body, and prepare your heart.
Led by Monica Staley — Christian Author & Wellness Coach.

✨ Infrared sauna + light therapy

Experience the warmth & therapeutic benefits of infrared saunas and light therapy. You can use this time to journal or meditate on Scripture.

✨ Connection & Community

After the sauna session, we’ll have connection time & share our intentions for the new year!
